Lost or stolen passbooks and cashcards
If you can't find your passbook or cashcard or even worse, you think it may have been stolen, get in touch with us as soon as you can.
If possible, please have your account number ready when you call. This helps us to find your details quicker.
Cashcards

and a new cashcard can be ordered for you.
Passbooks
- Firstly call us on 0845 121 7909
to report your passbook missing. - Next complete a
lost or stolen passbook form. Drop the completed form into your local branch or post it to us at:
